The Binding Site

The Binding Site was founded 40 years ago at the University of Birmingham, offering diagnostic solutions that help doctors, clinicians and laboratory researchers across the globe. Located in a specially-fitted building in Edgbaston, it now turns over £200 million a year and works in 87 countries. It was acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific at a 19-fold return on investment and today employs 1,200 people.
